雌鼠不同动情周期学习记忆能力的对比分析

目的观察雌鼠动情周期学习记忆能力的变化。方法用小鼠阴道涂片将小鼠动情周期进行分期,将其置于水迷宫中,行定位航行和空间搜索实验。结果在动情周期中,鼠在动情前期、动情期和动情后期找平台所需时间(18.38±13.78)s,(24.09±14.7)s,(23.06±14.79)s]显著短于动情间期(62.39±39.35)s,以动情前期最短;运动速度(14.72±3.28)cm/s,(15.62±7.79)cm/s,(14.82±4.78)cm/s]显著快于动情间期(10.37±3.73)cm/s,鼠经过平台所在区域的运动速度显著慢于其他各区域;鼠在平台所在区域搜索的时间显著长于其他各象限,以动情前期鼠最短。结论雌鼠学习记忆能力的变化与雌孕激素的周期性变化有关。

The contrast analysis of female mice on learning-memory ability in estrous cycle

Objective To explore the change of female mice on learning-memory.Methods The mice were parted into the different stages by viginal smear.The place navigation and place search were tested by using the Morris water maze.Results The time of the space navigation is shorter,it is the most obviously at prooestrus,the moving velocity is faster at prooestrus,oestrus and metoestrus than dioestrus.At space search,the moving velocity is slower at the area of platform than the other area,the time of looking for is longer at the area of platform than the other area,it is most obviously at prooestrus.Conclusion The change of learning-memory in estrous cycle induced by estrogen and progestin.
