装甲兵应对方式心理控制源与心理健康关系的研究

目的 探讨装甲兵应对方式、心理控制源与心理健康之间的关系。方法 采用应对方式问卷、内在 外在心理控制源量表和SCL 90症状自评量表对某部 557名装甲兵进行测试及分析。结果 (1)应对方式、心理控制源各因子与SCL 90各因子显著相关 (P<0. 01); (2)采用不成熟应对方式、具有外控倾向的人心理健康水平较低; (3)内控倾向的人多采用成熟的应对方式,具有较高的心理健康水平。结论培养装甲兵成熟的应对方式、内控倾向,对维护和增进装甲兵的心理健康水平有重要意义。

Research on the relationship between coping style, internal-external locus of control and mental health in the armored forces

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between coping style, psychological control and mental health in the armored forces.MethodsSymptom Checklist 90, Coping Style Questionnaire, Internal-external locus of control scale were applied to investigate 557 soldiers. Results Coping style and internal-external locus of control had important influence on mental health. The soldiers with immature coping style and a tendency of external control possessed lower level of mental health Those with a tendency of internal control used more mature coping style. ConclusionTraining mature coping style and a tendency of internal control have important significance for maintaining and improving soldiers' mental health in the armored forces.
