| 摘 要： | 目的 研究支气管哮喘患者的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法 选用生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ），艾森克人格问卷（ＥＰＱ），症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－ ９０）对３２８ 例哮喘患者作了调查研究。并与正常人和２７４ 例一般门诊病人作了对比分析。结果 与正常常模相比，哮喘患者的生活事件、内向分数、情绪稳定性分值较高，ＳＣＬ－ ９０ 量表中的躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、强迫、敌对等因素分值较高，有统计学意义。与一般门诊病人相比，哮喘患者的生活事件、内向分数、躯体化、人际关系、焦虑抑郁等因素有统计学意义。结论 哮喘患者具有较正常人和一般门诊病人明显的生活事件、人格特征和心理问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To research of the state of the mental health and affecting psychosocial factors of the 328 bronchial asthmatic patients. Method Adopting the LES,EPQ,and SCL-90,we surveyed 328 bronchial asthmatic patients, and normal model and 274 controls (ordinary clinical patients). Results The average scores of the LES,EPQ,and SCL-90 of the 328 bronchial asthmatic patients is higher than the normal model and controls. The scores of the somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety were significantly higher than the normal model and controls. Conculsion There are some affecting psychosocial factors of the bronchial asthmatic patients. |
