脑卒中后抑郁障碍与A型行为类型的关系

目的探讨A型行为对脑卒中后抑郁障碍发生的影响。方法以69例脑卒中患者为调查对象,采用Zung自评抑郁量表和A型行为问卷进行评定,根据抑郁指数将患者分为抑郁组与非抑郁组。结果抑郁发生率为59.42%,抑郁组A型行为者占81.25%,非抑郁组为18.75%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且抑郁组TH、CH及TH CH各因子分TH:(14.39±3.38)分,CH:(13.63±3.17)分,TH CH:(28.00±5.60)分],明显高于非抑郁组TH:(11.79±3.84)分,CH:(11.61±3.67)分,TH CH:(23.39±6.65)分](P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论A型行为与脑卒中后抑郁的发生有关,是影响脑卒中后抑郁障碍发生的危险因素之一。

A study on the relationship between type A behavior and post-stroke depression

ObjectiveTo discuss the relationship between type A behavior and post-stroke depression. MethodsThe subjects used in the study were 69 patients with cerebral stroke. And the subjects were evaluated by Self-Rating Depression Scale and Type A Behavior Pattern Scale,which were divided into depression group and non-depression group by the index of depression. Using t test and ~(2 )test to analyse the collected data. ResultsThe rate of post-stroke depression was 59.42%. The percentage of patients with type A behavior were 81.25% in depression group and it was 18.75% in non-depression group. There were obvious difference between the above mentioned two groups(P<0.05). The scores of TH , CH and TH CH in depression group were also higher than in non-depression group(P<0.05,P<0.01). ConclusionType A behavior was related to occurrence of post-stroke depression. It was one of risk factors in post-stroke depression.
