| 摘 要： | 探索社会心理对中风幸存者身心康复的影响。方法：采用横断面调查的方法对中风后１年内的不同病程阶段的２０５例中风幸存者及其２１６例正常对照者以ＡＮＦＤＤ及ＦＡＩＤ、ＳＤＳ、ＤＩＳ、ＳＡＳ、ＵＬＳ、ＳＳＲＳ、ＦＡＣＥＳＩＩ－ＣＶ及得克萨斯社会行为问卷及ＴＳＢＩＢ）、补充综合问卷等为工具进行随访观察。数据由ＳＰＳＳ软件进行统计分析。结果发现抑郁、焦虑及孤独等情感障碍，尤其是抑郁反应是中风幸存者身心康复过程

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of psychosocial factors on the rehabilitation of the stroke survivor after stroke Methods By using ANFDD and FAID,SDS, DIS, SAS,UCLA Loneliness Scale , SSRS, FACESII CV, TSBI and Supplementary Synthetical Questionnaire, we investigated 205 survivors of stroke at different stages from 1 month to 1 year and 216 normal controls Using SPSS for statistics Results We found that the mood and sensibilities problemes of depression, anxiety and loness etc (especially of depression) have a negative impact on the rehabilitation of the survivor of stroke; the functional status of family(especially of the actual adaptability) have a obvious positive correlation.Conclusion Psycosocial factors have a obvious influence on the rehabilitation of the stroke survivor after stroke |
