摘    要:目的 本文调查急诊科护士在护理工作中承受的精神心理压力程度并提出心理行为干预。方法 通过对9 所医院138 名急诊科护士以“紧张程度测试”方式调查,收回问卷后行统计分析。结果 有37 名护士处于高度、较高度紧张状态,占被调查总人数31 .88 % ,有100 名护士处正常高限,仅1 人为正常水平。结论 对急诊科护士急需进行心理行为干预:在分析结果基础上,作者提出以下对策:(1) 重视自我护理意识,正确对待工作压力,掌握适合自己的放松技巧;(2) 创造良好的内外环境,帮助护士建立工作的最佳心身状态;(3) 帮助护士掌握护患心理沟通技巧;(4) 重视人才选择,加强业务培训。

Abstract:Objective This article is to survey the degree of psychological pressure in their work and to put forth the intervention to psychological behavior.Methods 138 nurses working in the emergency department from 9 different hospitals have passed the test about tensity.The papers were analyzed and statisticed.Results 37 nurses(31.88%of the total)wone in the state of higher tensity;100 nurses are in the upper limit of normal state,and only one is in the normal state.Conclusions On the base of these,the author pointed out that intervention to psychological behavior should be done to the nurses in the emergency department.
