中国五地区酒依赖者社会人口学特征及相关因素分析

目的　了解酒依赖患者的社会人口学特征、探讨影响酒依赖发生的相关因素。方法　整群抽样 ,应用DSM III R酒依赖诊断标准 ,对 2 4992例社区普通居民诊断 ,采用单因素和Logistic多因素分析方法 ,计算多种因素与酒依赖的关联强度。结果　中年男性、大量饮酒者、体力劳动者、文化程度较低者、婚姻不稳定者、吸烟者酒依赖发生的可能性高 ,其中年饮酒量相关作用最强 ,与酒依赖发生呈“J”字型关系 ,经济收入与之呈“U”字型关系。结论　我们可以通过减少或控制危险人群的饮酒量以减轻酒相关问题的危害。

Demographic characteristics and related factors of alcohol dependence in five areas in china

Objective To describe demographic features of individuals suffered from alcohol dependence and to seek the related factors for the development of alcohol dependence. Method By cluster sampling, 949 individuals (15 years or older) with alcohol dependence were screened and diagnosed out of 24992 community residents from five survey areas in China with DSM-III-R criteria. Simple variable analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the relationship between alcohol dependence and sociodemographic factors, annual alcohol consumption and smoking. Results The results of single variable analysis revealed that numerous variables were related factors for alcohol dependence, including being male, middle adult, heavy physical labor, divorced or separated, less educational level, large alcohol consumption, and smoker. In Logistic regression equation, annual alcohol consumption was strongest one among all factors entried the equation for alcohol dependence, which had J-shaped curve relationship with alcohol dependence. There was U-shaped curve relationship between family income per person per month and alcohol dependence. Conclusion As reducing of the total alcohol consumption was an effective way for preventing alcohol-related problems, we could alleviate reversed consequence of alcohol use by controlling the alcohol amount of high risk people.
