人格因素对痛感受性的影响

人格因素与痛感受性有相关关系，然而国内研究报告并不多见。本工作试图采用新近研制的压力痛阈测定仪，观察不同人格倾向性、情绪稳定性和气质类型与痛感受性的关系。实验对象为１０３名２０岁医学生。被试经ＥＰＱ测量，按人格特质分组，然后进行压力痛阈测定。结果显示：男性被试痛阈平均值明显右于女性；内向组被试痛阈平均值明显低于外向组被试；神经质组被试痛阈平均值与非神经质组无显著性差别。对不同气质类型的观察也提示：人格倾向性对痛感受性的影响比情绪稳定性更大。实验结果表明：人格特质中对痛感受性影响最明显的因素是人格倾向性。这项研究将有助于痛疼的心理治疗。

The effect of personality on pain sensitivity

This study explores the relationship between personality and pain sensitivity by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and pressure pain test.103 subjects were divided into four groups.introversion,extroversion,neurotic and non neurotic.The pain thresholds were measurcd individuly using pressure pain threshold instrument,The pain threshold of different temperament was also compared.The result suggests that the female is easier feeling pain than male, introversion is easier than extroverson;there is no differenec between neurotic. and non - neurotic subjects.It is important for personality tendency to pain sensitivity.The result is helpful to the therapy of pain.
