原发性失眠患者的心理特征

目的探讨原发性失眠患者部分心理特征及其影响。方法病例组进行明尼苏达多项个性调查、状态特质焦虑问卷和贝克抑郁自评问卷评定,对照组比较及病例组内性别差异分析。结果(1)两组间Hs、D、Hy、Pt具有显著性差异(均分分别为: 60. 22±11. 35 /50. 00±8. 76; 58. 39±18. 13 /46. 62±10. 14; 60. 41±11. 97 /51. 54±8. 39; 57. 15±11. 94 /47. 81±12. 22,P<0. 01),两组间男性Hs、D、Pt有显著性差异,两组间女性Hs、D、Hy、Pt、Ma有显著性差异;病例组内两性D、Hy有显著性差异(P<0. 05); (2)病例组整体及其男性群体的状态特质焦虑问卷和贝克抑郁自评问卷评分均高于相应的对照组(P<0. 01);病例组女性仅特质焦虑问卷评分高于对照组(P<0. 05) (均分分别为41. 63±8. 27 /33. 03±7. 70; 46. 52±8. 01 /38. 59±7. 05,P<0. 01);病例组男性状态焦虑问卷评分高于女性(P<0. 05)。结论原发性失眠患者具有神经质人格倾向,以焦虑素质最为明显;两性的个性差异可能是失眠的影响因素。

Personality features study in patient with primary insomnia

ObjectiveTo evaluate the psychological features in patients with primary insomnia. MethodsComprising 85 patients diagnosed as primary insomnia and 57 healthy controls, the study analyzed and compared the differences in Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory,State-trait anxiety inventory and Beck depression inventory between the two groups ,same comparison in the gender differences were also did in patients with primary insomnia.Results(1) Compared with healthy controls, the scores of Hs,D,Hy and Pt in primary insomnia group especially these female patients were significant lower than those in control group separately(P< 0.01 ); there were significant difference comparing measures of Hs,D and Pt between two male groups (P<0.01) There were significant difference comparing Hy and D between primary insomnia male and female group(P< 0.05 ).(2) Compare with healthy controls, the scores of state-trait anxiety and Beck depression in primary insomnia group and those in primary insomnia male group were significant higher than those in control group separately(P<0.01),and the scores of trait anxiety in primary insomnia female group were significant higher than those in control female group (P<0.05),and the scores of state anxiety in primary insomnia male group were significant higher than those in primary insomnia female group(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Patients with primary insomnia possess neurotic traits especially anxiety disposition.(2) The differences in personality features between male and female patients with primary insomnia may be risk factor of primary insomnia.
