社区老年人生存质量与社会支持的相关性研究

目的了解广州市社区老年人的生存质量与社会支持的关系。方法采用MOSSF-36、SSRS量表对社区124名老年人进行调查。结果生存质量各维度与社会支持总分及各因子评分呈正相关,其中在7个维度与社会支持总分的相关性差异有显著性(rPF=0.181、rRP=0.264、rBP=0.303、rVT=0.378、rSF=0.315、rRE=0.276、rMH=0.276;P<0.05或P<0.01)。文化程度高的老年人社会支持总分高于文化程度低的老年人(F=4.067,P<0.01);配偶健在的老年人社会支持总分高于离婚丧偶的老年人(F=4.265,P<0.05)。结论社会支持对生存质量有重要影响,关心老年人的心理需要,完善社会支持网络对提高老年人的生存质量有重要意义。

A study on the relationship between quality of life and social support of elder in community

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between quality of life(QOL) and social support of elder in community of Guangzhou city. MethodsAll 124 elder were evaluated by using the MOS SF-36 questionnaire, and the Social Support Review questionnaire (SSRS). ResultsMeasuring eight dimensions of QOL average scores were positively correlated with total score of the SSRS and three dimensionalities: subject support, impersonal support, usage of the support. There was statistical difference between the seven dimensions of quality of life average score were positively correlated with total score of the SSRS(r_(PF)=0.181,r_(RP)=0.264,r_(BP)=0.303, r_(VT)=0.378,r_(SF)=0.315,r_(RE)=0.276,r_(MH)=0.276;P<0.05,P<0.01).The mean score of total score of SSRS of people who had been uneducated were lower than those who had been educated more (F=(4.067),P<(0.01)), and the single or conjugal bereavement were lower than of the married (F=4.265,P<0.05). ConclusionQOL is closely linked with their social support,which is important ways to realize aging of quality of life.
