| 摘 要： | 目的:观察LPS诱导RAW264.7细胞内HMGBl转位及其释放.方法:用不同浓度的LPS处理小鼠RAW264.7细胞20 h,用荧光显微镜观察LPS诱导RAW264.7细胞HMGB1的分布情况.用West-ern blot方法检测HMGB1在胞核及培养上清中的水平.结果:LPS处理小鼠RAW264.7细胞20 h后,培养上清中的HMGB1水平明显增加,胞核HMGBl含量减少,并存在剂量依赖关系.结论:LPS能诱导RAW264.7细胞释放HMGB1,存在剂量依赖关系.

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the translocation and release of HMGB1 in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell.Methods:RAW264.7 cells were incubated with different concentrations LPS for 20 hours,the distribution and levels of HMGB1 in RAW264.7 cells were subsequently analyzed by immunofluorence and Western blot,respectively.Results:HMGB1 accumulation in the culture media of LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells was significantly increased,and the accumulation of HMGB1 in the nucleus was remarkably reduced... |
