联合肝脏分割和门静脉结扎二阶段肝切除术的研究进展

肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一，肝切除术是治疗原发性肝癌和肝脏多发转移性肿瘤的主要方法。然而，由于肝癌早期往往无明显临床症状，发现时多为中晚期，从而错过了最佳的手术时间；此时，再行肝切除手术，易发生肝功能不全甚至肝功能衰竭（Liver failure，LF）。

Analysis on Fire Protection of Historical Buildings in Universities

There are many historical buildings, the important material carrier for campus history and culture, in Chinese universities. But many of them in use are ruined in frequent fire recent years, so the improvement and optimization of fire protection design grows increasingly important. With event analo-gy analysis method, and based on the practical cases of two historical campus buildings, the current fire protection condition of historical buildings is ana-lyzed with safety hazard pointed out and some favorable improvement suggestions complying to historical building protection principles and modern fire protection requests proposed, and the principles and methods for fire protection promotion of buildings themselves are shown as well with the restoration of buildings＇ historical and cultural values summarized.
