摘    要:目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与肺癌临床病理特征的关系,探讨VEGF潜在临床应用价值.方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测手术切除的68例肺癌组织和50例对照组织标本中VEGF的表达.结果:VEGF在肺癌中的表达率高于对照组.VEGF主要表达于细胞质和细胞膜,与肺癌的TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,与其它各项临床病理特征无明显统计学相关性.结论:VEGF与肺癌疾病进展、转移和患者的预后有关,可作为评估肺癌病程、转移力和判断预后的一个重要标志物.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its relation to clinical pathological characteristics and explore latent clinical applicative value.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining technique(SP method) using antibodies against VEGF was carried out on specimens of 68 cases of human lung cancer and 50 cases normal control.Results:VEGF was mainly stained in the cytoplasm and cell membrane of cells.The positive rate of VEGF expression was related to TNM stages and lymph node metastasis,but not to other clinical pathological characteristics of lung cancer.The level of VEGF in specimens of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that in the normal control group.Conclusion:VEGF is closely correlated with oncogenesis,development and prognosis of lung cancer.VEGF may be used as a hopeful clinical biochemical factor.
