| 摘 要： | 选择精子顶体完整率正常烽异常的男性不育患者以及生育男性新鲜精液标本各１０例，研究精子顶体完整率对顶体酶活性的影响。提示精子顶体完整率与精子顶体酶活性有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | Tencases of Semen sampies of normal intact rate of acrosome (Experimental Group 1, EG1) and 10 cases abnormal intact rate of acrosome(EG2) were taken from infertile Chinese; And 10 cases of semen samples were taken from fertile chinese(control group, CG); Effects of intact rate of acrosome on activity of acrosin were studied. The results showed that comparing the positive reaction rate of acrosin of EG 1 with that of CG there existed a sinificant difference(P<0.05). Comparing the action intensity of acrosin of EG1 with CG no significant difference existed(P>0. 05). Comparing the positive reaction rate of acrosin and the active intensity of acrosin of EG2 with that of CG they were found there being significant differences in both EG 2 and CG(P<0.01 Seperatly). It is suggsted that there are some correlationship between intact rate of acrosome and activity of acrosin. |
