| 摘 要： | 目的: 研究紫苏子对高脂血症模型大鼠的降血脂作用.方法: 用0.8、4.2、25.0 g/kg剂量的紫苏子连续喂饲大鼠30 d,取血清测定大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量.结果: 紫苏子能明显降低TC和TG含量,但对HDL-C的水平无显著影响.结论: 紫苏子可降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the blood lipid reducing effect of Perilla frutescens seed in hyperlipoidemia model rats.Methods: Rats in treatment groups were continually given P.frutescens seed at doses of 0.8,4.2,25.0g/kgBW separately for 30 days.The serum levels of TC,TG and HDL-C of rats were examined on the 30~(th) day.Results: The serum contents of TC and TG in treated rats were markedly less than those of non-treated model group,while the level of HDL-C was not reduced.Conclusions: P.frutescens seed could reduce the level of blood lipids,except HDL-C,in rats. |
