慢性特发性荨麻疹与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（HP）在慢性特发性荨麻疹（CIU）发病中的作用及意义。方法：采用^14C-尿素呼吸测验（14C-UBT）检测100例CIU患者和50例健康对照者的HP感染情况,把HP阳性的CIU患者随机分为二组：A组采用CIU的标准治疗模式（卡介茵多糖核酸联合地氯雷他定）加抗HP的标准三联疗法,B组单用CIU的标准治疗模式,对比两组治疗后2个月荨麻疹的病情转归情况。结果：100例CIU患者中有76%HP阳性,与健康对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组治疗后2个月荨麻疹有效率为86.84%,完全缓解率为34.21%,疗效高于B组,且有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：HP感染与CIU的发病无明显关系,但对合并HP感染的CIU患者联合抗生素治疗,可使CIU病情得到改善。

The Relationship between Helicobacter pylori Infection and Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective： To investigate the role and significance of Helicobacter pylori （HP） in the pathogenesis of chronic idiopathic urticaria（CIU）. Methods： HP infection was determined in 100 cases of CIU patients and 50 healthy controls by using ^14C-urea breath test （^14C-UBT）. The HP-positive patients with CIU were randomly divided into two groups： group A which received standard treatment plus anti-HP standard triple therapy; while patients in group B received CIU standard treatment only. The curative results of urticaria were compared in 2 months between the 2 groups. Results： Seventy-six cases of the 100 CIU patients were ^14C-UBT-positive. The positive rate was 76% which was not statistically different from that of healthy control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The curative rate and complete remission rate of group A were 86.84% and 34.21% respectively which were higher than those in group B （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： There is no significant relationship between HP infection and the pathogenesis of CIU. However the combined antibiotic treatment can improve the therapy efficiency in CIU patients.
