| 摘 要： | 本文报道古尼拟青霉(Pacilomyces gunnii)的平喘作用及祛痰作用。通过组胺引起的哮喘动物实验治疗,证明古尼拟青霉5g/kg对哮喘豚鼠具有明显的平喘作用,平喘率达83.3％。本药对脉鼠离体气管平滑肌有轻度松弛作用,并能对抗组胺引起的气管平滑肌的收缩,使收缩高度降低80.2％。同时还有明显的祛痰作用。

| Abstract: | A study of the antiasthmatic and expectorant effects of paecilomyces gunnii is reported. The experimental results indicated that paecilomyces gunnii was able to inhibit markedly histamine asthma in guinea-pigs. This antiasthmatic effect was similar to that of aminophylline, but its lasting effect was longer. It had a mild effect of relaxation on the isolated trachial smooth muscle, and an antagonism on the contraction of the trachial smooth muscle which induced by his tamin in guinea-pig. In addition, it had an expectorant effect also. |
