| Abstract: | Three groups of the high molecular weight DNA of the epidermoid caroinoma of human larynx line Hep-2 were extracted. The purity and content of the extracted DNA were assayed by the ultraviolet spect rophotometer and egarose gell electrophoresis. In the course of extraction the RNA of cell could be hydrolyzed by using a chemical way instead of RNase, and the result showed that the band of RNA was not shown on the elecrtrophoresis photograph. |
