| 摘 要： | 介绍排粪造影方法，报告１６０例造影结果。对照组５２例中２例（３８５％）异常；排粪障碍组１０８例，仅１８例（１６６７％）未见异常，提出了肛直角和肛上距正常测量值。报道主要异常Ｘ线表现。探讨了排粪造影检查对于肛管直肠部及盆底疾病的诊断价值

| Abstract: | Defecography of 160 cases were reported.Two cases(3.85%)were abnormal in the control group which were while 18 cases were normal in 108 cases with defecography disorder. We reported the normal value of anorectal angle and pelvic floor descent and described the chief abnormal X ray featrues, and evaluated the application of defecographic techiuque in the diagnosis of rectum, anal canal and pelvic floor diseases. |
