HPLC法测定六味安消胶囊中游离蒽醌、总蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量

目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定六味安消胶囊中游离蒽醌、总蒽醌和结合蒽醌含量（以大黄素和大黄酚的总量计）的方法。方法：采用依利特C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（80∶20）,检测波长为254 nm。结果：大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.016 2～0.323 2μg和0.035 6～0.712 8μg范围内线性关系良好,游离蒽醌中大黄素和大黄酚的平均回收率分别为100.08%、99.11%,RSD分别为0.37%、2.70%;总蒽醌中大黄素和大黄酚的平均回收率分别为101.62%、100.54%,RSD分别为2.40%、1.37%。结论：HPLC法简便,准确,可作为六味安消胶囊的质量控制定量分析方法。

Determination of Free, Total and Binding Anthraquinones in Liuwei Anxiao Capsules with HPLC

Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of free anthraquinone,total anthraquinone and binding anthraquinone in Liuwei Anxiao capsules.Methods： Hypersil C18 column（200 mm×5.0 mm,5 μm） was adopted.The mobile phase was methnol-0.1% phosphoric acid（80∶20）.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results： The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were 0.016 2～0.323 2μg and 0.0356～0.7128μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.08%（RSD=0.37%） for emodin,and 99.11%（RSD=2.70%） for chrysophanol in free anthraquinone,and 101.62%（RSD=2.40%） for emodin,and 100.54%（RSD=1.37%） for chrysophanol in total anthraquinone,respectively.Conclusion： The method is convenient,accurate and can be used for determination of the preparation.
