| 摘 要： | 经肌肉注射和口服不同剂量的古尼拟青霉菌丝体提取液后,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,结果表明每公斤体重每日肌肉注射5ml、1ml和0.2ml三种剂量的不同小鼠其吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),每公斤体重每日口服25ml和5ml小鼠吞噬指数及吞噬百分率也明显高于对照组(P<0.002)。

| Abstract: | A study of paecilomyces gunnii on the phagocytic effect of peritoneal macrophages was made in mice.Crude water extract of paecilomyces gunnii was administrated by gavage at dose of 25ml/kg, 5 ml/kg or by intramuscular injection at dose of 5ml/kg, 1 ml/kg, 0.2ml/kg on seven consecutive days.Chicken red blood cells were injected intraperitoneally on the seventh day after the drug was given.The phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index showed statistically significant differences between groups treated by paecilomyces gunnii and the control group treated by distillated water.It indicated that the crude water extract of paecilomyces gunnii could improve the phagocytic effect of peritoneal macrophages in mice by both gavage and intramuscular injection. |
