摘    要:目的:探讨5km重复低压不缺氧对小鼠肝脏及脾脏中微量元素的影响。方法:小白鼠分2组,5km低压不缺氧30min组(实验组)及地面对照组。实验组5km低压不缺氧30min,连续7d后,处死小鼠,取肝脏、脾脏烘干至恒重,采用火焰原子吸收法测定锌、铜、铁。结果:实验组小鼠肝脏和脾脏中Fe、Cu、Zn降低,与对照组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:5km重复低压不缺氧,使肝脏和脾脏中Fe、Cu、Zn含量降低,可能是由于低气压使机体产生胃肠胀气而影响了胃肠道的消化吸收。提示飞行人员膳食中应适当增加Fe、Cu、Zn供给。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the influence of repeated hypobaric non - hypoxia on the contents of trace elements in the liver and spleen of mice. Methods: 20 mice were divided into experimental (EX) and control (CO) groups (10 in each). During the 7 days of the experiment, every day, mice in EX group stayed in the chamber simulating 5 Km altitude for 30 min, while hypobaric non - hypoxia was supplied with oxygen. At the 8th day, all of the 20 mice were executed, and the livers and spleens were oven dried to test their weight. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect the contents of Zn, Fe, and Cu in the liver and spleen. Results; The liver contents of Fe, Cu, and Zn were significantly lower in EX group than those in CO group (P <0. 05) , and the spleen contents of Zn and Cu were significantly lower in EX group than those in CO group (P <0. 05 ) . Conclusions: The repeated hypobaric non - hypoxia at the altitude of 5km can reduce the liver contents of Cu, Zn and Fe, and the spleen contents of Cu and Zn of mice. The results indicate that it is important to properly increase the supply of Fe, Cu, and Zn in the diet of aviators.
