间接树脂高嵌体修复磨牙大范围缺损的临床效果

目的：观察间接树脂高嵌体修复磨牙大范围缺损的临床效果。方法：选取磨牙大面积缺损患者104例（患牙110颗），随机分成两组，分别采用间接树脂高嵌体修复和光固化树脂高嵌体充填各55颗牙，瞩患者两年复诊，参照USPHS标准进行评估。结果：两年复查时两组修复体的牙体完整性差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在修复体情况、边缘适合性、表面粗糙度、继发龋、磨耗方面，间接树脂高嵌体组优于高嵌体充填组（P〈0．05）。结论：间接树脂高嵌体修复大范围缺损的磨牙能取得很好的临床效果，值得推广。

Clinical effect of indirect resin onlay applied on wide range molar defect

Objective： To observe clinical effect of repairing wide range molar defect by indirect resin onlay. Methods： 110 teeth from 104 patients in the year 2010 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Each 55 patients were given either indirect resin onlay repair or light-cured resin onlay filing. Follow-ups were conducted two years later for evaluation in accordance with USPHS standard. Results： There were no statistic significances in teeth integrity between the two groups＇ dummies in the two-year-later review. Nevertheless, indirect resin onlay excelled light-cured resin onlay on aspects such as dummies＇ condition, edge suitability, surface roughness, secondary caries and attrition （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Repairing wide range molar defect by indirect resin onlay can bring very good clinical effect, thus worth clinical application.
