| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大株红景天注射液联合依达拉奉治疗外伤后脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将30例外伤后脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组（15例）予大株红景天注射液联合依达拉奉静脉滴注;对照组（15例）予依达拉奉静脉滴注。以10 d为1个疗程。比较头颅CT两组脑梗死面积及神经功能缺损程度改善情况。结果：治疗组脑梗死面积明显缩小;神经功能缺损程度评分两组均有改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论：联合使用大株红景天注射液和依达拉奉治疗外伤后脑梗死较单一使用依达拉奉临床症状改善更明显,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of post-traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods： 30 cases of patients with post-traumatic cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into treatment group（15 cases）and control group（15 cases）. The treatment group was treated with sofren injection combined with edaravone,while the control group was only treated with edaravone. The clinical therapeutic situation of two groups were compared and analysed. Results： Compared with the control group,the infarct size of patients in treatment group obviously reduced; the neurological deficit scores in two groups were improved,treatment group was superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sofren injection combined with edaravone has a significant effect in the treatment of post-traumatic cerebral infarction,and is worth to clinical application. |
