摘    要:目的:通过比较不同孕周孕妇的人体成分状况,给予孕妇合理的医学营养干预,从而改善妊娠结局。方法:选择2012年6月至8月于我院建卡检查、年龄为26~30岁的孕20~24周孕妇251例与孕28~32周孕妇132例,分析这两组不同孕周孕妇人体成分的差异,结果:两组孕妇蛋白质、无机盐、总体水分、肌肉量、体脂肪、骨矿物质含量、内脏脂肪区域、基础代谢指标均随妊娠周数增加而明显增加,两组间差异均有统计学意义;两组孕妇骨骼肌、体脂百分比、腰臀脂肪比无明显差异。结论:妊娠期孕妇体脂百分比、腰臀比是评价孕妇是否肥胖较为可靠的指标,并可以此为依据评估孕妇的营养状况,从而给予合理的医学营养干预,科学调控胎儿的出生体重,改善妊娠结局。

Abstract:Objective: Comparing the body composition status of pregnant women to look for a reliable detection indicator of obesity during pregnancy, to improve pregnancy outcomes. Methods: Body composition analyzer was used to measure proteins, salts, overall water, muscle mass, skeletal muscle, body fat, body fat percentage, waist- hip ratio of fat, bone mineral content, visceral fat area and basal metabolism of pregnant women. 383 pregnant women aging from 26 to 30 years underwent maternity medical examination in our hospital from June to August in 2012 and then were divided into two groups: 251 cases of 20 -24 pregnant weeks and 132 cases of pregnant 28 - 32 pregnant weeks. The differences of maternal body composition were compared between these two groups. Results: Proteins, salts, overall water, muscle mass, body fat, bone mineral content, visceral fat area and basal metabolism significantly increased within the increased pregnant weeks. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups. There is no significant difference between the two groups of pregnant women in skeletal muscle, body fat percentage and waist-hip ratio. Conclusion: Body fat percentage, waist-hip ratio of pregnant women are reliable indicators of evaluating whether pregnant women are obese or not, with which the nutritional status of pregnant women can be assessed in order to give reasonable medical nutrition interventionsand regulate fetal birth weight to improve pregnancy outcomes.
