| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨单纯肥胖患者全天血糖波动的特点。方法:128例受试者按体重指数(BM I)分为肥胖组(n=88)和对照组(n=40),通过动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测两组72 h血糖的波动,并进行对比分析。结果:全天血糖平均值肥胖组大于对照组(P<0.05);肥胖组日内餐后血糖峰值及凌晨血糖谷值较正常组延迟1 h左右;肥胖组全天血糖波动最大幅度、血糖波动系数、平均血糖波动幅度、无感知低血糖发生率明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肥胖患者体内存在异常的血糖波动,了解这种异常血糖波动可能有助于对肥胖及其并发症的防治。
