自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白癜风三种受皮区处理方法的临床应用评价

摘    要:目的 评价3种受皮区处理方法在自体表皮移植治疗稳定期自癜风的临床应用效果。方法 3组(每组40例)接受自体表皮移植治疗的稳定期白癜风患者,供皮区采用负压吸疱法制备表皮,受皮区则分别采用负压吸疱法(A组)、机械磨削法(B组)和超脉冲CO2激光磨削法(C组)处理。治疗8周后观察疗效,对治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果 A、B、C3组的治疗有效率分别为97.2%,93.7%和95.5%,3组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 在3组的治疗有效率无统计学差异的基础上,临床操作过程中负压吸疱法、机械磨削法各有其局限性,而超脉冲CO2激光磨削法处理受皮区因为操作灵活、快捷和精确,显示出优越性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of three transplantation bed preparation methods in treatment of stable vitiligo with autologous epidermal grafting.Methods The transplantation beds of three groups(each 40 cases) were prepared respectively by negative pressure suction(group A),instrument abration(group B) and ultrapulse CO2 laser resurfacing(group C).Epidermal grafts were harvested with negative pressure suction.The curative effect was evaluated 8 weeks later.The effective rates of three groups were analysed statistically.Results There was no statistically significant differences in the effective rates of three groups(group A 97.2%,group B 93.7%,group C 95.5%,P>0.05).Conclusion Because of the restriction of negative pressure suction and instrument abration in preparating transplantation beds,ultrapulse CO2 laser resurfacing shows its dominance by reason of its easy performance and high precision.
