提速列车振动、噪声对乘务员健康影响的调查与建议

目的对提速列车车厢内的振动及噪声进行监测，并了解其对乘务员健康的影响。方法(1)按有关标准进行振动、噪声测量；(2)以121名乘务员为调查组，以91名教师为对照组，均衡可比，对调查组与对照组作职业史、自觉症状、内外科常规、视功能、听力、心电图、肾超声波、尿液羟脯氨酸检查，应用SPSS软件包进行分析。结果振动测试湘桂线比京广线高，客车车厢内乘务员的座椅与地板的振动相差不大；客车车厢内的噪声，两端高于中部；乘务员自觉症状、胃区压痛、痔疮、左右眼白色视野异常、肾脏位置下移、尿中羟脯氨酸与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论提速列车车厢内振动、噪声对乘务员自觉症状、内分泌系统、消化系统及视野等方面有一定影响。

Survey and suggestion on the impact of vibration and noise in the accelerated train on the health of the train attendant

Objective To survery the vibration and noise in the accelerated train and observe their impact on the health of the train attendants.Methods 1.The vibration and noise were measured in accordance with corresponding standard.2.121 train attendants and 91 middle school teacher were selected as objects and controls,the occupational history,subjective symptoms,internal medicine and surgery routine test,optical function,audition,electrocardiogram, renal ultrasonic examination,hydroxyproline,amygdala acid of the two group were examined.The data were analysed by the SPSS software package.Results Vibration in Xiang-Gui line is higher than that in Jing-Guang line,the vibration of attendant seat is almost equal to that of floor,noise in the middle part is higher than that in connection of both ends.Subjective symptoms,stomach press aches,hemorrhoids,the abnormality of white color vision-field of both eyes,kidney position downward,VMA of the train attendant,were significantly different with that of the controls.Conclusions The vibration and noise in the accelerated train have some effects on the subjective symptoms,endocrine system,digestive system and field of vision of the train attendants.
