健康新生儿及儿童红细胞胆固醇水平及影响因素的研究

研究了１００名健康新生儿及７０８名健康儿童红细胞胆固醇水平及影响因素。结果表明性别、年龄、体重、民族及运动对红细胞胆固醇水平无明显影响，但有女低于男、随年龄增长而升高、超重儿和肥胖儿高于正常体重儿、体校学生低于普通学校学生的趋势。父母红细胞胆固醇水平对子女有明显的影响，父母或其中１人红细胞胆固醇水平高者，其子女红细胞胆固醇水平高于均值的ＯＲ分别是２．０１和１．６４。小儿红细胞胆固醇水平与血ＴＣ呈正相关，与血ＴＧ呈负相关。

A STUDY ERYTHROCYTE CHOLESTEROL CONCENTRATION IN HEALTHY CHILDREN AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

In order to study erythrocyte cholesterol concentration in healthy children and its influencing factors, we observed 708 healthy children and 100 newborn infants. of the children, 355 were male and 353 female.Of the newborn, 48 were male and 52 female.The results showed that the sex, age, body weight, sport and nationality have no obvious influence on erythrocyte cholesterol concentration. But there emerges an obvious trend that the erythrocyte cholesterol level of female is lower that of male, the level goes up with the itcrease of age, the level of the overweight and fat children is higner than that of the normal children and the level of the students from sports school is lower than that of the students from ordinary school. The erythrocyte cholesterol level of parents has an obvious influence on their children. The OR that the erythrocyte cholesterol level of the children is higher than the averege value is 2.01 and l.64, raspectively, in the case of the fact that erythrocyte cholesterol level of their parents or either of them is higher than that of the normals.It is found that there is a positive correlation between erythrocyte cholesterol level of the children and TC in blood and a negative correlation between erythrocyte cholesterol level of the children and TG in the blood.
