| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大蒜素对恶性肿瘤患者淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：恶性肿瘤患者每人每次口服大蒜素30mg,每日3次，连续服用，半年取其他化、放疗，用硷性磷酸酶－抗硷性磷酸酶（APAAP）法检测30例恶性肿瘤患者服用大蒜素前、后1、2、3月及30例正常对照组的淋巴细胞免疫功能。结果：恶性肿瘤患者淋巴细胞免疫功能显著低于对照组（P＜0．05），服用大蒜素后淋巴细胞免疫功能接近或高于对照组。结论：大蒜素能提高恶性肿瘤患者的淋巴细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of Allicin on lymphocyte immune function in patients with cancer. Methods: The lymphocyte immune function of 30 cancer victims and 30 control subjects as examined with APAAP method. Results: The lymphocyte immune function in cancer patients as obviously decreased compared with that of the control group.(P<0.05). After the patients took Allicin, their lymphocyte immune function notably increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Allicin can improve lymphocyte immune function of cancer patients. |
