B7-H4在结直肠癌组织中表达的临床意义

目的：探讨T细胞共刺激分子B7家族成员B7 H4在结直肠癌发病中的作用，为临床诊断、治疗结直肠癌提供新的靶目标。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色检测40例结直肠癌患者手术标本中B7 H4的表达。结果：①B7 H4在结直肠癌组织中高表达（80.0%）；②结直肠癌组织中B7 H4的表达与性别、年龄、组织学类型、病理分期、细胞分化和淋巴结转移均无相关性； ③B7 H4阳性标本的肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞（TILs）为25.10±14.46，明显低于B7 H4阴性标本中的TILs（38.23±18.33），P＜0.01。结论：①B7 H4可成为结直肠癌诊断的指标；②结直肠癌组织中B7 H4的表达抑制了结直肠癌中TILs的数量，封闭结直肠癌中B7 H4有可能成为结直肠癌免疫治疗的新策略。

Clinical significance of expression of B7-H4 in colon and rectal cancer tissues

To investigate the role of B7 H4 in the development of colon and rectal cancer(CRC). Method: The expression of B7 H4 in 40 excised colon and rectal tumors was evaluated immunohistochemiscally. Results: B7 H4 was high expressed (80.0%)in colon and rectal cancer. No relationship was found between the expression of B7 H4 and sex, age, histology type, pathology stage, cell differentiation, or lympha metastasis. However, significantly fewer TILs was identified in B7 H4 positive tumor specimens than in B7 H4 negative tumor specimens. Conclusion: ①B7 H4 may be a new marker of diagnosis for colon and rectal cancer;② These results suggest that the expression of B7 H4 on tumor tissue may contribute to negative regulatory immunue responses against TILs in colon and rectal cancer. The blockade of B7 H4 in colon and rectal cancer might be one strategy to pursue for future immunotherapy in colon and rectal cancer.
