二基肽酶IV酶活性与糖尿病肾病的相关性

目的  探讨二基肽酶IV （dipeptidylpeptidase IV，DPPIV）酶活性在2型糖尿病肾脏损伤中的作用。方法  将30例糖尿病患者根据尿蛋白定量分为DN1组（尿蛋白定量≤300mg/24h）、DN2组（尿蛋白定量＞300mg/24h）,10例健康人作为对照组，ELISA法检测受试者血清DPPIV酶活性。结果  糖尿病患者DPPIV酶活性高于对照组，糖化血红蛋白水平、24h尿蛋白定量与DPPIV酶活性呈正相关。结论  DPPIV酶活性增高与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展具有相关性。

Correlation of dipeptidylpeptidase IV enzyme activity with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the correlation of dipeptidylpeptidase IV (DPPIV) enzyme activity with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to their urinary albumin excretion: the DN1 group(urinary albumin excretion≤300 mg/24 h)and the DN2 group (urinary albumin excretion > 300 mg/24 h), and 10 healthy individuals were selected as controls. ELISA was used to assay DPPIV enzyme activity. Results The specific activity of DPPIV enzyme was higher in diabetic patients compared with that in the healthy controls. In linear regression models, DPPIV enzyme activity was associated with HbAI c and quantitation of urine protein. Conclusion The specific activity of DPPIV enzyme may promote the development of DN.
