摘    要:目的 研究外周血中糖尿病相关的microRNA (miRNA) miR-34a 在2型糖尿病(T2D)发病过程中的表达水平及临床意义。方法 63例研究对象中18例为初发T2D患者(n-T2D组),19例为T2D前期患者(pre-diabetes组),26例为糖耐量正常的T2D易感个体(s-NGT组)。所有诊断均经口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)证实。以荧光定量实时RT-PCR法检测其血清miR-34a的表达水平。结果 s-NGT组、pre-diabetes组和n-T2D组血清样本中miR-34a水平呈现序贯上升的趋势,而n-T2D组显著高于s-NGT组和pre-diabetes组(P<0.05);s-NGT组与pre-diabetes组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 外周血miR-34a在T2D发病过程中具有重要意义,但在T2D前期阶段尚未发生明显改变。
