| 摘 要： | 外阴癌是女性生殖道恶性肿瘤之一,以淋巴转移为主。腹股沟淋巴结切除术是手术的重要部分,传统开放的腹股沟淋巴结清扫术因其创伤大、术后并发症多,患者生存质量严重下降。近年来,单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科广泛应用,本文对外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫术的解剖、变革和单孔腹腔镜在该领域的应用技巧等方面做一总结。

| Abstract: | Vulval cancer is one of the malignancies of female genital tract which is characterized by lymphatic metastasis. Inguinal lymphadenectomy is an important treatment for vulval cancer. Traditional open inguinal lymph node dissection may cause serious decline of patients’ quality of life as it is traumatic and causes many complications. In recent years, laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS)is widely used in gynecology. This paper reviews the anatomy, transformation and application of LESS in inguinal lymphadenectomy for vulva cancer. |
