Galectin 3与肺腺癌淋巴及胸膜转移的关系

目的探讨β 半乳糖苷结合蛋白 3（Galectin 3）表达与肺腺癌淋巴及胸膜转移的关系。方法采用鼠抗人Galectin 3单克隆抗体和免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶（SP）法，检测63例肺原发性腺癌和34例胸膜转移性腺癌（均来自肺，影像学显示为非直接侵袭病灶）中Galectin 3的表达。结果发现Galectin 3同时存在于胞浆及胞核，未见单独的胞核表达。肺原发性腺癌胞浆、胞核表达阳性率分别为92.1%、31.7%，胞核表达与淋巴结转移（P=0.03）、临床分期有关(P＜0.05）。胸膜转移性腺癌胞浆、胞核阳性率分别为97.1%、85.3%，胞核表达明显高于肺原发性腺癌，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论细胞核内Galectin 3可能增强肺腺癌细胞侵袭转移潜能，可作为判断淋巴结转移和/或胸膜转移的生物学指标。

Correlation between galectin-3 and lymphatic metastasis and pleural metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma
