绒毛蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及意义

目的探讨绒毛蛋白（villin）在胃癌及癌前病变组织中的表达特点及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法，观察villin在20例正常胃粘膜、20例肠上皮化生、30例异型增生和60例胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果Villin在正常胃粘膜中无表达，在肠上皮化生、异型增生和胃癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为85.0%(17/20)，66.7％(20/30)和48.3%(29/60)；胃癌中villin的表达与肿瘤的大小、浸润及临床分期和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)，而在高-中分化胃癌中较在低分化胃癌中表达明显增高(P<0.05)。结论Villin在胃粘膜癌变过程中表达下调，且与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关，是研究胃癌分化程度及预后的指标，可以作为肠上皮化生的标志物，对早期癌及重度异型增生的临床筛选具有重要意义。

Expression of villin in precancerous lesions and gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance
