脊髓室管膜瘤的MRI表现分析

目的   分析脊髓内室管膜瘤的MRI表现，提高其诊断准确率。方法   回顾性分析经手术病理证实的27例脊髓内室管膜瘤，所有病例均行MRI平扫及增强检查。分析肿瘤的发病部位、范围、生长方式、信号特点、瘤内及瘤周囊变、含铁血黄素沉积及强化方式。结果   所有肿瘤均呈中心性膨胀性生长，平均累及3.6个椎体水平，T1WI上以等或低信号为主，T2WI上以不均匀高信号为主， 60%以上病例可见瘤内及瘤周囊变，约26%病例可见“帽征”，约90%病例可见明显均一或不均一强化。结论    脊髓内室管膜瘤MRI表现具有一定特征，掌握这些特征有助于术前诊断。

MR imaging features of spinal cord ependymoma
