| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨假体隆乳术中选择乳房假体体积在临床的应用.方法 通过术前反复试验,确定一块36 cm×11 cm的无菌纱布,代表50 mL乳房假体体积,将30 cm×30 cm的一块纱布估算成200 mL,在术中将纱布塞入剥离好的胸大肌下腔隙,使乳房隆起,最后通过计算纱布块的数量,估算出拟置入的乳房假体体积大小.结果 30例... |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a simple and practical method to select the prosthesis volume in breast augmentation.Methods A 36 cm×11 cm damp gauze swab can be estimated to have a volume of 50 mL and a 30 cm×30 cm swab to have a volume of 200 mL.Results Thirty women who had breast prosthesis were studied,after 12 months,all patients achieved satisfactory result.Conclusion This easily reproducible method might be inexpensive and produces reliable and highly satisfactory results. |
