20例围产期心肌病的诊治分析

目的分析围产期心肌病的临床特点及其治疗效果。方法回顾性分析20例围产期心肌病患者的临床诊断及治疗资料。结果20例患者经治疗,16例痊愈,3例存在心力衰竭,1例死亡。结论围产期心肌病患者在产后1~2个月内最多见。临床表现以心脏扩大和充血性心力衰竭为主。有1/3合并妊高征,与高龄妊娠有关。加强妇产科医生及孕妇的卫生宣教,早期诊断、早期治疗,预后较好。

Diagnosis and Treatment Analysis of 20 cases Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy effect of peripartum cardiomyopathy. Methods 20 cases of peripartum cardiomyopathy were analyzed and discussed retrospectively. Results After treatment, 16 of 20 patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy were cured; 1 cases died; 3 cases had heart failur. Conclusion Peri- partum cardiomyopathy usually occurs within 1 - 2 months after delivery, the clinical manifestations are characterized By the presentation of ventrieular enlargement and congestive heart failure. 1/3 cases have Hypertension During Pregnancy It is concemed with eld pregnancy. The principle treatment is to control heart failure. Earlier diagnosis and treatment, better prognosis.
