| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用宫腔镜电切术治疗异常子宫出血的临床疗效.方法 对本组284例病例分别应用刮宫术和子宫内膜电切术,以及术前、术后配合应用激素类药物治疗.结果 284例中,258例获随访,对手术满意者232例,满意度为89.9%.结论 随着腔镜医学的发展,宫腔镜手术越来越广泛应用于临床,该方法即能保留子宫,及保持正常的内分泌...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrocision with hysteroscopes in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 284 cases of such patients were observed.The patients were applied uterine curetlage or endometrial electrocision.And hormone therapy were performed preoperative and postoperative.Results in 284 cases,258 cases were followed up.Among them,232 cases satisfied with the surgery.The degree of satisfaction was 89.9%.Conclusion With the development of endoscopes medicine,more and more hysteroscopic surgery was widely used in clinic.the method not only could retain the uterus and maintain normal endocrine function,but also could meet the psychological comfort and the physiological needs of patients. |
