| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹部实质性脏器损伤的诊断与治疗原则。方法 总结 38例腹部各种实质性脏器损伤的临床主要表现、检查所见、诊断及治疗方法。结果 在 38例损伤中 ,33例治愈 ,2例发生胰瘘 ,3例出现腹腔感染。经过治疗 ,全部病例均治愈出院。结论 腹部实质性脏器损伤 ,只要早期正确诊断 ,及时采取适当治疗方法 ,临床预后均佳。

| Abstract: | Objective to discuss the diagnostic and treatment principles of abdominal parenchyma organ injury. Methods The clinical manifestation, detection, diagnosis and treatment of 38 cases of such patients were analyzed. Results In 38 cases, there were 33 cases cured, 2 cases with pancreas fistula and 3 cases with abdominal cavity infection who discharged after related treatment. Conclusion There must be clinical manifestation in abdominal parenchyma organ injury. The early diagnosis and available treatment in time could reach the good prognosis. |
