低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与脑卒中危险因素的关系

摘    要:目的研究脑卒中患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与其危险因素的关系。方法应用直接检测法对70例脑卒中患者血浆LDL-C含量进行测定,同时测定胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯、血糖水平,并详细记录病史。结果脑梗死组、脑出血组血浆LDL-C含量均明显增高,与对照组相比较有明显差异(P<0.05);LDL-C与吸烟史、高血压史、胆固醇、血糖,呈显著性正相关(P<0.05);与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.05);与患者性别、年龄、饮酒、甘油三酯水平,无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论LDL-C与脑卒中的多种危险因素有密切关系,可作为预防脑卒中的临床生化指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) and risk factors of stroke. Methods Plasma LDL - C of 70 stroke patients was detected by the means of direct detective method. And total cholesterol (T- CH), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglyceride (TG) and blood glucose level were detected at the same time. To record history detailly. Results Plasma LDL- C content increased obviously in cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group than control group( P 〈 0.05). There was a positive correlation between LDL - C and smoke history, hypertension, T - CH or blood glucose( P 〈 0.05). However there was a negative correlation between LDL- C and HDL- C( P 〈 0.05).There was no correlation between LDL- C and sex, age, drink history, TG( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion LDL - C has close relationship with several risk factor of stroke and could be a kind of clinical biochemical indicator to prevent stroke.
