| 摘 要： | 目的观察CRP(超敏C-反应蛋白)与CtnI(心肌肌钙蛋白I)、CK(血清肌酸激酶)、CKMB(血清肌酸激酶同工酶)检测在心肌梗死(AMI)时的诊断价值。方法测定32例心肌梗死患者(AMI)CTnI与CRP、CK、CKMB的含量,另设38例正常人作为对照。结果心肌梗死患者CTnI与CRP、CK、CKMB含量均比正常对照组明显升高,而连续检测CTnI、CK、CKMB诊断心肌梗死阳性率较初次检测更有意义,而CRP却无显著性差异。结论CTnI与CRP、CK、CKMB在诊断心肌梗死中,应更进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the diagnostic value of detection on CRP,CTnI,CK and CKMB on myocardiac infarction.Methods The laboratory test of myocardiac enzymes of 32 cases MI patient were detected and compared with 38 cases normal adults.Results The CRP,CTnI,CK and CKMB data in MI group were higher than those in control group.The positive detection of CTnI,CK and CKMB of first time was more significance but CRP. Conclusion The application of CRP,CTnI,CK and CKMB might be significance in diagnosis of MI. |
