环孢素A人体药动学影响因素分析

摘    要:目的分析环孢素A的人体药动学影响因素。方法收集在我院进行环孢素A血药浓度监测的肾移植患者的监测结果,进行分析、整理、归纳。结果影响环孢菌素A血药浓度的因素很多,主要与肾移植患者的生理、病理因素,药物相互作用等因素有关。结论由于环孢素A毒副作用大,治疗窗较窄,个体差异较大,临床应用时应常规监测其血药浓度。寻找影响血药浓度变化的可能因素,对于提高器官移植的成功率,降低其毒性和不良反应,有着重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the dynamic affection on human of ciclosporin A. Methods The clinical materials of monitor data of renal transplantation patients in blood concentration of ciclospmin A were analyzed and summarized. Results The affection factor were mainly related with physiology, pathology and drug co- reaction of renal transplantation patients. Conclusion The ciclosporin A has great toxicity and varied with individual. The blood concentration should be monitored. There might be important to find the affection factors for successful rate of transplantation, decreasing side affect.
