94例糖尿病合并细菌性肝脓肿患者的临床特点和预后

目的比较合并或不合并糖尿病的细菌性肝脓肿患者的临床特点和预后。方法回顾性分析94例细菌性肝脓肿的患者,比较合并糖尿病和不合并糖尿病两组患者的一般资料,临床表现、辅助检查和预后等。结果合并糖尿病的细菌性肝脓肿的患者约占42.6%,与非糖尿病组相比,糖尿病组患者右上腹痛少见,分别为:63.0%VS 45.0%,(P<0.05);治疗疗程长,与非糖尿病组比较分别为:27.1 d±12.3 d VS21.3 d±14.8 d,(P<0.05);死亡率与非糖尿病组相比无显著差异(10.0%VS 9.2%,P>0.05)。结论糖尿病合并细菌性肝脓肿的临床症状不典型,治疗时间相对较长,死亡率不高于非糖尿病患者。

Clinical Characteristics and Prognosis of 94 Bacterial Liver Abscess Patients with or without Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To compare clinical characteristics and prognosis of bacterial liver abscess patients with or without diabetes mellitus.Methods Retrospectively analysis of 94 bacterial liver abscess patients was made to compare the demographic materials,clinical manifestation,lab and image data,and prognosis between patients with and without diabetes mellitus.Results The incidence rate of diabetes in bacterial liver abscess was 42.6%.Patients with diabtes had untypical clinical manifestation and longer treatment time Right upper abdominal pain 63.0% vs 45.0%;treatment time(27.1±12.3) days vs(21.3±14.8)days P<0.05],but the same mortality,in contrast to those without diabetes(10.0% vs 9.2%,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical features of bacterial liver abscess with diabetes were inclined to be cryptogenic and those patients needed more treatment time,but the mortality with diabetes was not higher than that without diabetes.
