| 摘 要： | 目的 比较经皮扩张气管切开术（PDT）和传统气管切开术（0T）在重型颅脑外伤患者的临床应用.方法 选择2012-06 ～2013-06间在我院ICU收治的60例重型颅脑外伤患者,随机分为观察组（PDT组）及对照组（OT组）,并对生命征、经皮血氧饱和度（Sp02）、操作时间、并发症等方面进行比较.结果 观察组患者术中生命征稳定,操作时间及并发症比对照组少,两者对比差异明显（P＜0.05）.结论 PDT是一项具有操作简单、创伤小且并发症少的快速建立人工气道的技术.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy （PDT） for patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods From June, 2012 to June, 2013, 30 cases of patients （observation group） with severe craniocerebral injury in ICU department treated with PDT were compared with the other 30 cases （control group）treated with open tracheostomy （OT）. Results Stable vital signs, less operation time and complications were showed in observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PDT is an effective therapy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury. |
