神经内科创建“优质护理服务示范病房”的实践

目的 探讨在神经内科创建“优质护理服务示范病房”的有效做法.方法 以执行APN排班制、实行层级护理管理模式、细化基础护理和建立健全绩效考评机制等为重点,以此为患者提供优质护理服务.结果 创建“优质护理服务示范病房”前、后患者基础护理落实率、陪护率及患者满意度,相互间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;患者投诉次数明显减少.结论 “优质护理服务示范病房”创建活动是时代发展的客观要求,其能有力推动护理质量的全面提升,树立优质护理服务品牌,实现让患者满意、社会满意和政府满意.

Practice of the Establishment of ＂High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Ward＂ in Neurology Department

Objective To explore the effective way of the establishment of the ＂high quality nursing service demonstration ward＂ in Neurology Department. Methods Regarding executing the APN system, practicing hierarchical scheduling model of nursing management, and refining the basic nursing and establishing a sound performance appraisal system as the key points, so as to provide quality care for patients. Results Before and after the implementation of ＂high quality nursing service demonstration ward＂, there were statistically significant differences in the basic patient care implementation rate, accompany rate and the degree of satisfaction of patients （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; patients＇ complaint rate was significantly reduced. Conclusion ＂High quality nursing service demonstration ward＂ is the objective requirements of the development of the times, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing care, set up the brand of high quality nursing service, and achieve patient satisfaction, social satisfaction and government satisfaction.
