摘 要: | 目的 探讨归宿感对护士职业认同感的影响.方法 对40名心血管内科护士进行为期3周的归宿感教育,在教育前后采用自制职业认同感调查表调查护士职业认同情况以及患者满意度.结果 除工作环境外,其余9个维度的评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);教育前后对400例患者满意度情况调查差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 对心血管内科护士实施归属感教育可提高护士职业认同感,有助于端正护士的服务态度,提高患者满意度.

Impact of Belonging Sense Occupational Identity on Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Nurses |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of occupational identity on cardiovascular internal medicine nurses. Methods Doing occupational education on 40 cardiovascular internal medicine nurses for three weeks, using self - designed questionnaire on nurse professional identity and patient satisfaction. Results In addition to the work enviromnent, the remaining nine dimensions of score difference were sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Education in 400 cases of patients satisfaction survey before and after the difference has statistical signifi- cance (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Cardiovascular internal medicine nurses' belonging education can improve the nurses occupational identity, correct the nurses' service attitude, and improve patient satisfaction. |
