阿托品对无痛人流术不良反应的预防(附150例分析)

目的观察术前应用阿托品后,异丙酚无痛人流术不良反应的发生情况。方法300例早孕患者随机分为A、B两组,每组150例(n=150)。两组均静注芬太尼(1μg/kg)和异丙酚(2.0 mg/kg)后开始手术,术中必要时每次追加20~50 mg。A组无术前用药,B组术前应用阿托品0.006 mg/kg静脉注射,观察血压、心率、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率变化及其它不良反应。结果与A组比较,B组诱导2 min后的BP、HR高(P<0.05),无明显抑制。A、B两组血氧饱和度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。B组的恶心及呛咳发生率低。结论异丙酚无痛人流术前给予阿托品静注,能有效抑制麻醉中不良反应的发生,并且操作方便,应做常规应用。

Effect of Atrapine on the Prevention of Side Effects in Painless Induced Abortion

Objective To observe the effect of atrapine on the prevention of side effects in painless induced abortion.Methods Three hundred early pregnant women,were randomly divided into group A(n=150) and group B(n=150).All patients were given Fentanyl(1 μg/kg) and Propofol(2 mg/kg) intravenously in both groups,and then underwent induced abortion after becoming unconscious.More propofol was given,20 mg～50 mg at a time,if there were the signs of light anesthesia such as cough and movement.Preoperative drug was not used in group A,and atrapine(0.006 mg/kg) injected in group B before anesthesia.BP,HR,SpO_2,RR and bad reaction were recorded in each group during anesthesia.Results 2 min after anesthesia,BP and HR in group A was significantly higher than that of in group B(P<0.05),no significant difference was observed in SpO_2(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and cough in group B was also lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of atrapine prevent side effects in painless induced abortion,which is effective and simple.
