肺部孤立性结节的CT诊断与鉴别诊断

目的探讨肺部孤立性结节(solitary pulmonary nodule,SPN)的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析28例SPN的影像表现,所有病例均有常规CT和高分辨率CT(HRCT)资料。结果本组28例SPN的界面影像表现及统计结果,肺癌9例,结核球5例,炎性假瘤2例,腺瘤1例。经抗炎治疗后,病变消失4例,诊断为良性肿瘤。随访2年以上病变无变化的7例。结论界面影像在不同性质的SPN中出现率不同,对肺部孤立性结节有很高的诊断价值。

Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Solitary Pulmonary Nodule Using CT

Objective To study the differential diagnosis of sol itary pulmonary nodule （SPN）. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to study the data of conventional CT and high - resolution CT （HRCT） of 28 SPN. Results Phantom performance of SPN in this group of 28 cases, the results indicated that 9 cases were lung cancer, 5 cases were tuberculoma, 2 eases were inflammatory pseudotumor and one ease was adenoma, 4 cases were benign tumor for the l- sions disappeared after anti - inflamnmtory treatment. 7 cases had no changes with the follow - up over two years. Conclusion The occurrence rate of Interface images might be different in all SPNs that should have a high diagnostic value to solitary pulmonary nodules.
